NOTE: SABER crashed January 22, 2008. I am in the process of trying to restore files, but an older update is still available here.

SABER is an online, searchable database of astronomy education research. The database contains full bibliographic references to published research articles in the areas of science education, science teaching, teacher education, curriculum and instruction, cognitive science, and informal education. For each reference we provide an annotation, consisting of a short description of the article's content, study focus, and key findings.

A simple search of the database (by author, journal, keyword, etc.) is available. Boolean searches will become available in the next version. The annotated bibliography remains available in list form. Click here for PDF version

SABER is made possible by volunteers who search education journals for relevant content; see the "contribute" page for information on how to become involved.
